Lab-Szkło

Wróć do realizacji

Users can freely browse the product range and add selected items to their cart. The cart is stored in the browser’s local memory, allowing users to keep their selected products while continuing to explore the website. The products added to the cart automatically form a list that can then be submitted to Lab-Szkło as a quotation request.

Once all required products have been selected, the user sends an enquiry containing the full list of items they are interested in. Each request is then reviewed individually by the Lab-Szkło team, which prepares a tailored offer and pricing. After receiving the quotation, the customer can decide whether to accept the proposed terms and proceed with the purchase and further order fulfilment.

This approach combines the convenience of a modern e-commerce platform with a flexible B2B sales model, where pricing and order conditions can be adjusted to the specific requirements of each customer.

A strong focus was also placed on usability and quick product discovery. The store structure, category system, and product presentation were designed to help users find the right item as quickly and intuitively as possible.

As part of the implementation, we were responsible for:

  • designing and developing a modern e-commerce interface,
  • creating a custom purchasing process based on quotation requests,
  • implementing a browser-based shopping cart,
  • automatically generating quotation requests from the cart contents,
  • creating an intuitive category and product structure,
  • optimising the user journey for fast and easy product discovery,
  • adapting the platform to Lab-Szkło’s individual quotation and order management process.

The result is a modern sales platform tailored to the specific needs of Lab-Szkło, simplifying product discovery and quotation requests while allowing the company to prepare an individual offer for each order.
