§1. General Provisions
The data controller is Logic Net Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Libelta 62, Szczecin, Poland, NIP: 8522664022, KRS: 0000844804.
Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal regulations, and the data is stored on secured servers.
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall apply, or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
For better readability of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You”, and “Administrator” with “We”.
The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

§2. Data Controller
The Service Provider is the data controller of its clients’ personal data. This means that if You leave Your data on our website, for example by completing a contact form, We may process Your personal data such as: first name, last name, email address, phone number, job position, workplace, and IP address.

Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by Us or by processors with whom We closely cooperate.
